A beautiful antique Double Wedding Ring quilt filled with a wonderful mix of colorful vintage prints. Scrappy pieced rings in pinks, blues, purples, greens and oranges are joined with soft green and pale yellow squares, all set against a creamy white background. The quilt is hand quilted and finished with a green binding.
This quilt is being sold as a cutter quilt due to significant wear and fabric loss, primarily along one edge. The center and much of the remaining quilt are still in lovely condition, making this a wonderful piece for repurposing into pillows, stockings, jackets, framed textile art and other sewing projects. It could also be displayed folded or draped with the worn area tucked away.
The back is a sweet vintage floral print and is shown in the photos.
Please look closely at all photos for condition. The worn edge has extensive fabric loss and fraying, with additional age-related wear possible throughout.
