A beautiful vintage Double Wedding Ring quilt with the happiest mix of tiny prints and cheerful orange and yellow accents. Each ring is pieced from a wonderful assortment of vintage fabrics including florals, ginghams, polka dots and novelty prints, giving it that scrappy, collected-over-time look I love.
The quilt is hand quilted with lovely stitched details throughout, including feathered and diamond motifs in the open spaces between the rings. It is lightweight with a soft, relaxed feel and would be beautiful on a bed, folded over the back of a sofa or displayed on a quilt ladder.
This is a vintage quilt and does show signs of age and use. There is a noticeable area of spotting on the front, shown clearly in the photos, as well as some spotting and discoloration on the back.
